Privacy statement

PanGenerika B.V. will process your personal details, either because you have requested services from PanGenerika B.V. and/ or because you have provided your personal details by filling out the contact form on PanGenerika B.V.’s website. PanGenerika B.V. will process the following personal details: 

- Your first and last name
- Your address 
- Your phone number
- Your e-mail address 
- Your IP-address 

WHY DOES PANGENERIKA B.V. REQUEST YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS

PanGenerika B.V. will process your personal details to get in with contact you, either by phone, e-mail or regular mail, if this has been requested. 

B-Medical will also process your personal details in order to provide you with requested goods, if this has been requested. 

FOR HOW LONG WILL B-MEDICAL SAVE YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS

PanGenerika B.V. will store your personal details no longer then absolutely necessary in order to provide you with the requested goods or information. Your personal details shall kept on file for maximum period of one year, if there is no agreement with you for which we would need your personal details for a longer period. 

PROVIDING PERSONAL DETAILS WITH THIRD PARTIES

PanGenerika B.V. will provide your personal details to a third party, only if this is needed in order to carry out the services which have been requested by you, or if B-Medical is requirred to do so in accordance with the law. 

CHECKING, CHANGING OR DELETING YOUR DETAILS

You have the right to check, change or request from us to delete your personal details. Your request to check, change or have your details deleted can be provided to info@b-medical.eu. PanGenerika B.V. shall respond to your request as soon as possible, but always within 4 weeks. 

SECURITY

PanGenerika B.V. takes the protection of your personal details very serious and will always take appropriate measures in order to avoid miss-use, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and illegitimate changes.
